White New Orleans
Bush, Inc. has big plans for New Orleans. Aside from lucrative no-bid contracts to Cheney's favorite ex-employer, HUD secretary Alphonso Jackson made some recent statements that all but confirm the reactionary right's dream of a color-free New Orleans.
